Who is Tri-Fusion Designs?
Tri-Fusion Design is a small, growing landscape architecture firm that specializes in landscape design. The clientele we serve are primarily residential, commercial, retail and industrial builders in the Tampa Bay area. We deliver to them high-quality service and custom designs at competitive rates. We embrace each client’s vision, making it our own, and assure that all clients are fully involved in each phase of every project.
Tri-Fusion Design's home office is located in Tampa, Florida. Our design staff includes licensed landscape architects and graphic artists whose conceptions are realized in hundreds of projects annually throughout the State of Florida.
Since its inception in 2000, Tri-Fusion Design has enhanced many Florida communities, always with a goal of client satisfaction and ecological soundness. While our work most often is incorporated into new construction sites, we strongly support restoring old and historical properties to preserve our land and its natural beauty.

Our pricing structure
Tri-Fusion Design pricing is based on project type and on complexity of the client’s vision. Following an initial meeting, we will outline our fees by phase in a proposal. Payment is expected at the completion of each phase. Overall, our fees are competitive in the industry due to our low overhead and our desire to provide excellence at a fair price.
Deadlines and timelines?
Our goal is to meet the timeline of our clients, even when constrained, and we will provide a timeline estimate when requested. While we can well manage our own time, the approval schedules of engineers, architects and other county professionals are beyond our control. Through experience we have discovered that county and city approvals require a minimum of 4 weeks. Structural engineering of an entry sign and columns typically involves 3 weeks.
What are some of the typical construction plans that are included in most construction packages?
From Engineers:
(Rezoning restrictions and any other restrictions or pertinent information such as: location, and desired location of irrigation water source.)
AutoCad electronic files of site including utilities (water, sewer, electric), site grading, zoning, rezoning restrictions and any restrictions other pertinent information to the site design, such as: easements, utilities boxes, street light locations, irrigation water sources, pond location, desired location of water or well.
From Architect
AutoCad electronic files of building elevations, plan view showing room uses, windows doors, building meters, HVAC locations, and any other information that would have an impact on the elements we would design.
From Surveyor
AutoCad electronic files of tree survey, easements, utility boxes, existing well or water meter, property lines and any other existing features.
From Client
Design input. Any information that would impact the design of the site.
